Project Scope:
Design, supply and install furniture in over 70 rooms in brand-new state secondary school for 1200 students.
How we delivered:
We were successfully appointed as the sole FF&E supplier for the loose furniture package and arranged a site visit to go through the list of products and their suitability for the job. During our dialogue with the client we made recommendations to correct products previously specified by another party as incorrect heights and sizes were chosen. This is something we see as standard service, ensuring all heights and sizes are suitable for the space and the user. In addition we regularly showed samples of products, finishes, materials and colours to the client who had sign off for each aspect of their space.
In total we delivered over 5000 units of furniture into the school in a 2-week turnaround, this included pacing units within the desired location, removal of all packaging and customer care calls.
